This operation fetches the full transcription text and its summarization (if available) for the provided transcription id.

The transcription id is available on the transcriptionId field of relevant objects.

Limitation: Voicemail transcriptions created before November 2025 were stored in a legacy format that cannot be retrieved by this endpoint. Their ids may still appear on conversation items, but requests for them respond with a 404 and an explanatory message.
